It is too hard to explain now, why before the return of Jesus, people rebelled against God, and were so violent towards each other. The marks of crucifixion are still visible on the wrists of the Great King. The animal sacrifices in the new Temple at Jerusalem are painful reminders of the damage of sin, that caused repeated uprisings in the past. However, we are warned that another final rebellion is coming, led by people opposed to God, and mortals will be tested for their loyalty, then, the final judgment will take place.
