Even the diseases of a stressed world are also receding, as ministers enjoy their work. Hospitals are closing wards, for lack of demand; nurses and doctors are being retrained. The elderly are rejuvenated, and living full and active lives again: it is wonderful to see life flowering again, and the joy and gratitude of old and young, who walk and play together.
